R.I.P.

May 8, 2010 marks the 1 year anniversary of The Sensual Cipher sex talk radio. That was my baby- literally. I started the show as a means to just gain a following so that I could become a resident sexpert for a local major radio station and ended up loving it. The show provided myself and listeners a forum to speak freely about sexuality without holding back which is in my opinion the issue that we have when dealing with sexuality. I have been blessed to be able to build relationships with Mr. Marcus, Dani Dior, Diamond, Headkrack, Poprah, Mz Pandora, Ace Hood, Ivory Tabb, Angelina Castro, Brisco, E, Nyomi Banxx & a few others that weren't able to make the show like Mia X, Scarface, Cherokee D' Ass, Cindi for Luke is Back, Church Boi and Bu from Konvict Music, Young Cliff, Jackio, Nat Turnher and Justin Long.

Unfortunately due to a crazy turn in events and divine revelation (yes I said DIVINE), I made the decision to bring the show to a stop and move on to other ventures that opened up for me. In my pursuit of academia in the feild of sexuality and psychology, I plan on furthering my cause which I love to call "The Movement" towards fostering sex positive attitudes towards sex as a whole. The show has had some wild and crazy times as well as serious, in depth and enlightening moments. I am blessed to have worked with and be in contact with the above mentioned celebrities as well as my list of co-hosts that I'm sure you all have grown to love: Lil Bo, Kayla Maze, Chevy, Courtney C, Mojo & Mistress Janelle. The question was asked "What am I willing to sacrifice for what I want to become?" The answer to that question was THE SENSUAL CIPHER. I put my blood sweat & tears into this show- I birthed it and I defended it with all my heart and soul but as with children because The Sensual Cipher is my first born- every parent knows that NO ONE will nuture, look after and care for your child like you will and you have to know when to let go.

Big hugs and kisses to all of my listeners globally- everyone who contributed show ideas and critiques, who may have missed a show but made it a habit to go back and listen to archives. You mean the world to me and you gave me wings. Someone made a statement about me once that "BlogTalkRadio don't count!" To that all I say is- WATCH HOW I MAKE IT MULTIPLY!

Mr Hood Is On DECK!

Since I am a Florida native and a huge fan of hip hop culture as a whole (all elements) I thought it was only right to have as my first rap artist someone from the 954 aka the Crib! Ace Hood is a Broward County native like ya girl and is putting on for his city so I am bringing Mr. Hood himself to my listeners.

Ace Hood will be in the building Friday, January 29, 2010 at 11pm EST on The Sensual Cipher. This is a LIVE show so you will be able to call in at (347) 324-5595 and ask him questions yourself.

Sex Me Baby!

Happy 2010, first and foremost to everyone. 2009 was a hell of a ride and 2010 seems to be a promising roller coaster (good thing I love roller coasters lol). With the new year, comes new outlooks, new style, new direction and of course new experiences. I think that we need to stop using the new year every damn year to force us to face the things that no longer fit and/or serves a purpose in our lives. So here I am to the rescue to save you from common MUST KNOWS about sex (safe of course) and why it is more natural than most of us think.

MUST KNOW 1)

DHEA is created when you have sex which stimulates the adrenal glands. The body converts DHEA to other key hormones including sex hormones testosterone and estrogen.

Sex is a stress reliever because your circulatory system benefits from a mind blowing orgasm. It boosts your heart rate & increases the blood flow to your brain, organs and muscles. When you have a orgasm (aka skeet aka bust a nut aka cum)what you are doing is bathing your body in in hormones and oxygen and at the same time carrying waste that can cause you to be tired and uncomfortable.

The real deal is that if you had sex for 30 mins you burn somewhere between 150-200 calories which is about a 15 min run. Get your squat game up! It is also the safest sport you can participate in. You can get your body toned and stretch all the muscles in your body.

The best pain reliever in the word is right at your finger tip....literally. Manual, vaginal, anal or oral sex that is orgasmic (yeah we not talking about that "I'm just doing something" sex) secretes Oxytocin which stimulates the release of endorphins which is a pain reliever you produce. Endorphins are also a antidepressant which creates a sense of euphoria.  Can you say HAPPY, HAPPY, JOY, JOY! :o)

Sex biochemically speaking is no different from chocolate because chocolate creates higher levels of serotonin, which is a stimulant produced by the brain. Studies have also shown that women who eat a large amount of chocolate, have great sex lives compared to those who don't eat a lot of chocolate.

MUST KNOW 7)

Hot sweaty sex cleanses the pores and makes your skin glow. Slow gentle sex reduces skin blemishes and for women because of the estrogen produced, sex is also a beauty treatment.

MUST KNOW 8)

The more sex you have, the more your body gives off pheromones which is the body's natural fragrance, which attracts the opposite sex and will make you  more sexually attractive.

In closing- Step Ya Sex Game Up. Of course be responsible and have safe sex if you are not in a monogamous relationship and if you are, make sure you get that paperwork done or go get tested together. Like I always say- "An orgasm a day, takes you a long way!"
